  • DIRECTIONS

    Directions:


    Dry heat therapy:

    Place the pad on the joint needing heat. Plug the power cord into 120VAC, 60 Hz electrical outlet. Press the button and set the desired heat setting. Press the button until pad turns off and unplug power cord when finished.


    Moist Heat Therapy:


    - Unplug pad from 120VAC, 60 Hz. electrical outlet.


    - Dampen one side of the heating pad with a spray bottle, sponge or cloth.


    - DO NOT immerse heat wrap in water or place under running water.


    - DO NOT spray water on the connector.


    - Follow Dry Heat Therapy steps above.


    - Press the button until pad turns off and unplug power cord when finished.


    Washing instructions:

    Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not use wringer.


    1. Remove pad from electrical outlet.


    2. Fold nicely and place pad in laundry bag


    3. Machine wash pad in cold water on gentel cycle, or hand wash. Line or air dry and do not place in an electric dryer.


    4. Do not connect pad to electrical outlet until it is completely dry
