    Directions:


    - Place the pad on your targeted pain area and choose your desired heat from the 4 heat settings. Unplug the cord when not in use.


    - Washing Instructions:


    Disconnect unit from electrical outlet. Remove cover and machine wash cover in warm water on gentle cycle; tumble dry on medium heat. Remove promptly from the dryer. Or, hand wash in warm water and line dry. ONLY THE COVER IS MACHINE WASHABLE. Hand wash vinyl heating pad with spray bottle or with damp sponge/cloth. DO NOT immerse heating pad in water or place under running water. DO NOT spray water on controller. Wait for pad to dry before using again.

    - Do not use on areas with insensitive skin.


    - Burns can occur regardless of control setting. Check skin under pad frequently.


    - Never leave heating pad unattended.


    - Do not use pins or other metallic means to fasten this pad in place.


    - Do not sit on or crush pad. Avoid sharp folds.


    - Never pull this pad by the supply cord. Do not use the cord as a handle. Unplug when not in use.


    - This heating pad is intended for use on top of the body. Do not sit or lie on top of the heating pad. Never place pad between yourself and a chair, sofa, bed or pillow.


    - Loop cord loosely when storing. Tight pad may damage cord and internal parts.


    - Do not use pad with lotion, salve, or ointment preparations that contain heat producing ingredients. Skin burns can result.


    - Do not use a heating pad when symptoms of appendicitis are present. Consult your physician.


    - Inspect this product before using it in order to make sure that there are no broken parts, missing parts and/or damaged areas. Do not use heating pad if there are broken parts, missing parts or damaged areas.
