    Directions:


    Dry Heat Therapy:

    Plug the power cord into 120VAC, 60 Hz. electrical outlet. Set the controller to desired setting. Place heating wrap on the area needing heat. Press the OFF button and unplug power cord when finished.


    Moist Heat Therapy:


    - Unplug wrap from 120VAC, 60 Hz. electrical outlet


    - Dampen one side of the heating wrap with a spray bottle, sponge or cloth


    - DO NOT immerse heating wrap in water or place under running water


    - DO NOT spray water on the connector


    - Follow Dry Heat Therapy steps 1 and 2 above


    - Place dampened side of heating wrap on the area needing heat


    - Press the OFF Button and unplug power cord when finished


    Aromatherapy:


    - Saturate included infusion sachet with your favorite oil


    - Insert saturated sachet into inside pocket of the heating wrap


    - Follow Dry Heat Therapy steps 1-3 above


    - Press the OFF Button and unplug power cord when finished

    - Do not use while sleeping.


    - Not for use on: infants, immobile individuals, or anyone who is heat-insensitive (including those with poor circulation or diabetes).


    - Avoid use on insensitive skin or areas with reduced sensation.


    - Check skin frequently during use—burns can occur even on low heat settings.


    - Do not tuck or bend the wired section of the product.


    - Never place electrical cords between a mattress and box spring or allow them to become pinched.


    - Keep the controller away from damp or drafty areas, such as near open windows.


    - Do not use pins or metal fasteners to secure the wrap—they may damage internal wiring.


    - Use only with a standard AC outlet of the correct voltage. Do not use with extension cords.


    - Avoid bunching or folding the wrap during use, as this can cause overheating in concentrated areas.


    - Not intended for pets—do not use on dogs, cats, or other animals.


    - Always unplug or turn off the wrap when not in use.


    - If the wrap malfunctions or shows signs of damage, stop use immediately and contact the manufacturer for repair options.


    - Do not pull the wrap by its cord, and avoid using the cord as a handle.


    - Store the cord loosely—do not wrap it tightly around the controller, as this can cause damage.
